Roku

My life has not been the same since I got my 1st Roku as a present from my son Steven. I loved the programs I was able to get. Especially the ones I could binge on. I liked it so much that I later bought a second one for another TV.

Eastenders

Eastenders is an English soap opera.I have watched it off and on but now am watching it every week.
Sadly we in the US are watching episodes that showed about seven years ago in England. Some of the characters we see now have been killed or died off and new ones have come and gone.Sometimes I do watch on youtube and get an inkling of whats happening now.

Two books

I just finished reading Clara's War. It's the true story of a young girl in Poland who survived the war by living in a bunker underground with 18 other people. Many times Nazis were housed above them. She wrote in diaries the things that happened and the diaries are now in the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC.
I also just finished reading The Time Traveler's Wife. This is a love story.
It's interesting because of the going back and forth between ages and what happened when. Did'nt much like the ending but it had to end some way. Could be a part 2 about the daughter.

Susan Elizabeth Phillips

I read eight of her books over the summer and downloaded three but have'nt read or listened to the downloaded ones yet. Her books are the perfect summer reading. Man and woman meet. Dislike each other at first. Fall in love. Have a disagreement. Part. Fall back more in love. But she makes the story interesting and funny. Some have some of the same people. A sister mentioned in one may be the main character in another. A football player in one may find his love in another. Fast reading. They were so nice for the summer.
